Seoul, Feb 12, 2013 (AFP) -
North Korea gave China and the United States advance warning before conducting what appeared to be its third nuclear test on Tuesday, the South Korean defence ministry said. Asked if he was aware if Pyongyang had informed Beijing and Washington before carrying out the test, defence ministry spokesman Kim Min-Seok said: "We knew that."
